Anchor Health Properties Names Joseph E. Link Chief Investment Officer
Anchor Health Properties is pleased to announce Joseph E. Link will be joining the firm as Chief Investment Officer on November 1, 2026. Mr. Link joins Anchor Health Properties’ executive leadership team at a pivotal point in the firm’s history, bringing extensive institutional investment expertise to strengthen its strategy and approach to capital, portfolio and asset management.
Mr. Link’s 15+ years of commercial real estate experience spans acquisitions, development, asset management, portfolio strategy, capital allocation, and institutional investor relationships. Throughout his career, he has executed or managed more than $30 billion of real estate equity and debt investments across a diverse range of property sectors. Most recently, he served as a Principal with Blackstone’s U.S. Real Estate Core+ Strategy.
As Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Link will oversee Anchor Health Properties’ investment strategy, including capital allocation, investment performance, portfolio strategy, capital formation, and strategic growth. He will work closely with Anchor Health Properties’ executive leadership team and lead the firm’s investment activities across development, acquisitions, structured finance, asset management, portfolio management, and institutional capital relationships.

Prior to his most recent role at Blackstone, Mr. Link led asset management initiatives for a national office portfolio and represented Blackstone in portfolio company and joint venture investment strategy. He also spent nearly seven years with the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), where he directed acquisitions, asset management, development, and dispositions across a $12 billion real estate portfolio and managed a real estate credit investment platform. Mr. Link began his real estate investment career with The Carlyle Group, executing opportunistic real estate debt and equity investments across the United States.

Mr. Link earned a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from James Madison University.
