Anchor Health Properties Expands Presence in Southern New Hampshire with New Multi-Specialty Clinic for Beth Israel Lahey Health
Anchor has expanded its property management presence with its newest mandate to operate a two-story, 30,000 square foot Class A medical outpatient building in Londonderry, New Hampshire. Located at 20 Woodmont Avenue, Anchor Health Properties will provide go forward property management services to BGO, who recently acquired the property in December 2025.
Strategically positioned within Woodmont Commons, an 80-acre mixed-use development in the rapidly growing Southern New Hampshire corridor, the building is fully leased to Beth Israel Lahey Health (Moody’s: A3), a premier academic health system with an extensive footprint across New Hampshire and Massachusetts. The health system is custom building the interior into a dynamic, healing-focused, multi-specialty clinic, offering comprehensive oncology, infusion, cardiology, gastroenterology, and neurology services.
