Anchor Health Properties Commences Construction on Forsyth Physicians Center II in Cumming, Georgia
Furthering the company’s presence within one of metro Atlanta's fastest-growing healthcare corridors, Anchor Health Properties has commenced construction on Forsyth Physicians Center II, a three-story, 50,160 square foot medical outpatient building in Cumming, Georgia.
Strategically located adjacent to Northside Hospital Forsyth, the MOB will expand Anchor Health Properties' presence within a 13 acre outpatient campus directly across from the hospital. The new facility, featuring Northside Hospital as the anchor tenant, will complement the existing four-story, 93,147 square foot Forsyth Physicians Center, which is also owned by Anchor Health Properties.

Forsyth Physicians Center II represents Anchor Health Properties' third ground-up development for Northside Hospital. To date, Anchor Health Properties has developed and currently manages more than 60,000 square feet of healthcare real estate for the health system, partnering on projects that support Northside Hospital’s continued outpatient growth across metro Atlanta.
Anchor Health Properties is leading all aspects of project delivery, providing expertise across due diligence, financial analysis, planning, programming, design, construction oversight and post-occupancy commissioning. In alignment with its fully integrated healthcare real estate platform, Anchor Health Properties will also provide on-going asset and property management services upon completion to support the MOB’s long-term operational performance and stability.

The project team features regionally based firms featuring extensive healthcare experience, including LDD Blueline as the architect, Trident Construction Group as the general contractor, Travis Pruitt & Associates as the civil engineer, Westside Engineering as the MEP engineer, and Harrell Structural Engineers as the structural engineer.
The project is being developed utilizing 100% traditional developer financing. Construction is slated for completion in Q3, 2027.
