Anchor Health Properties has announced that the Heart and Vascular Institute (“The Institute”) and the Patient Entrance at St. Elizabeth Healthcare reopened to the public on November 24, 2014, after a year-long expansion project that has diverted patient and visitor traffic through other entry points of the hospital campus.
