Anchor Health Properties expands locally in Philadelphia area

Anchor Health Properties has expanded its Philadelphia-area presence and paid $21.3 million for a two-story, 62,890-square-foot medical office building in Langhorne. Anchor Chief Executive Officer, Ben Ochs stated "When it does buy, Anchor is looking for a specific type of deal, Ochs said. It looks for buildings with a credit anchor tenant and an “eco system” that is built around that main tenant so that there are cross-referral patterns with other tenants in a building."
