Anchor Health Properties Announces Expansion of Management Portfolio

Anchor Health Properties is pleased to announce the assumption of property management and leasing services of a medical office portfolio anchored by Penn Medicine and located in suburban Philadelphia, PA (Chester County). The portfolio is comprised of eight buildings totaling more than 300,000 square feet of medical office. With the addition of these properties, Anchor now manages more than 2.5 million square feet of healthcare buildings.

“We are excited for the opportunity to work with so many fantastic physicians and practices, many of which we are already familiar with from our award-winning Penn Medicine Southern Chester County building in Jennersville, PA,” said Jill Higgins, VP of Property Management and director of Anchor’s property management engagements in the mid-Atlantic.

Erica Edwards, who joins Anchor with more than 16 years of property management experience, will oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of these properties.
