Anchor Health Properties Announces Core & Shell Completion of an 8,250 Square Foot Diagnostic & Imaging Center in Westminster, Colorado

Dedicated to pursuing better healthcare through real estate solutions, Anchor marked the core and shell completion of an 8,250 square foot multi-specialty medical outpatient building in Westminster, Colorado. As the development manager on this project, Anchor oversaw each phase from initial planning through construction, ensuring the facility meets the highest standards of quality and patient satisfaction.

Part of Quail Crossing, an eleven acre, master planned, mixed use development, Anchor’s development team worked alongside CHER, LLC, d.b.a Health Images to develop a 5,060 square foot build to suit diagnostic imaging facility within the building, comprised of MRI, CT, Ultrasound and X-ray services. Health Images owns and operates more than 20 outpatient imaging facilities throughout Denver and neighboring areas.

Strategically located at 13557 N Huron Street, the facility is designed with the patient's comfort and convenience in mind with spacious waiting areas, ample parking, easy accessibility, as well as state of the art diagnostic imaging equipment and other diagnostic tools, to provide swift and accurate diagnoses. Featuring close proximity to the St. Anthony North Health Campus, the dynamic healthcare building further expands access to high quality outpatient care while enhancing the overall patient experience for individuals and families in the surrounding community.

Regionally based firms with extensive healthcare facility experience served as part of the project team, including Rogue Architect, a leading architecture and planning firm challenging the status quo, AD Miller, a construction management firm providing the highest quality construction services and driven by the philosophy of “Building on Higher Ground,” and Ridgetop Engineering and DLR Group serving as the civil engineer and MEP engineer, respectively.

Approximately 3,190 square feet of remaining space is available for lease. Curating a synergistic and cross-referral tenant ecosystem, complementary service lines can include primary care, physical therapy, sports medicine, ENT, gastroenterology, among others.
